Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 Reg. 2016/679/EU.

This is to inform you that your personal data is processed at our company. The processing is carried out in compliance with the criteria set out in the European Regulation on the protection of personal data, Reg. 2016/679/EU of Legislative Decree 196/03 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/18 and any other measure or authorisation of the competent Authority related thereto. According to the legislation indicated, the processing must be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

1) The data controller is E.Car S.r.l., with registered office in Strada Campazzi di Mezzo 9, 24 – 37011 Bardolino (VR) e-mail: info@bardolinoporscheclassic.it

2) The data collected will be used for the following purposes
a. Sending requested information for which express consent is not required (art. 6.1 lett. a), G.D.P.R.);
b. Commercial marketing through newsletters, for which express consent is required (Art. 6.1 lett. a) and f), G.D.P.R.).

3) Modalities: personal data are processed by the data controller and by managers duly appointed for the correct fulfilment of the purposes indicated in point 2) by means of electronic instruments and paper archives, as well as with the use of security measures aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of personal data and preventing unauthorised access.

4) Communication: data may be communicated to duly appointed internal and external parties who perform activities on behalf of the data controller.
The transfer of data to third countries outside the E.U. is not envisaged, nor is dissemination (e.g. social networks, websites, etc.). The data controller does not use automated processes to achieve the purposes set out in this information notice and does not carry out profiling.

5) The Data Controller shall process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above and in any case for no longer than 2 years from the termination of the relationship for the Purposes indicated.

6) The data subject shall have the right to request from the Controller access to or rectification or erasure of his/her personal data or restriction of the processing of his/her personal data, or the right to object to the processing thereof, as well as the right to request the portability of the data.
The request may be made by email or by fax or by registered mail with the subject: “request by the data subject” specifying in the request the right that the data subject wishes to exercise (deletion, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid email/pec address to which the reply should be sent.
The data controller or anyone appointed by the same, will proceed to satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. Should the reply be complex, the time may be extended to a further 30 days, subject to timely notice to the data subject himself.
Should you deem it appropriate to assert your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the national Privacy Guarantor, with headquarters in Piazza Venezia, 11 – 00187 Rome, garante@gpdp.it

CONSENT

The data subject, having read the information notice provided pursuant to Reg. 2016/679/EU, by signing it declares that he/she has understood the purposes and methods of the processing described therein in point 2a.

I hereby give my consent to the processing and communication of my personal data for the purposes of the optional nature described in point 2 b) above
