CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Bardolino Porsche Classic 2022

All Porsche cars except Cayenne and Macan are eligible to participate. Only entries with an entry fee that reach our office by Tuesday, August 16, 2022 will be accepted for the selection process.

Time and distance measurement

Only purely mechanical (i.e., with numbers and hands) stopwatches with analog displays or purely mechanical distance counters are allowed. All types of radio-controlled clocks and electronic aids are prohibited. They are simple pocket calculators with one-line displays and no memory function.

Fill out the entry form correctly under the “book a tour/ticket” button. The closing date for registration is August 16, 2022.

Only complete entries (registration, registration fee paid) that reach the organizer in time will be accepted. The organizer reserves the right to conduct a selection procedure. Confirmation of participation will be sent upon completion of the selection process.

Data protection of participants

For the purpose of project management or event promotion, i.e. explicitly in the start lists, results lists, program book, the name of the driver, the name of the co-driver with nationality and the exact designation of the car, including the photo, will be made known.

This data will be made publicly available for newsletters/press releases. Photos or videos of accredited photographers that are publicly accessible on the homepage (image gallery) will also be used for social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, as well as for press releases, news reports, brochures, magazine advertisements, and the like. Photographic and video rights are held by E.car Srl. By registering, you agree to the data protection and participation conditions.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation after the confirmation of registration, for any reason, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded until June 31, until July 31 25% will be refunded. In case of cancellation after that date, the organizer will retain the registration fee in full.

Advertising

Cars must be free of advertising. Only advertising logos approved by the organizer are allowed; this also applies to caps, polo shirts and jackets.

Liability

The organizer accepts no liability for damage to persons and property that may occur during the event. Riders are solely responsible for all civil and criminal consequences of their participation. Road traffic regulations apply along the entire route.

Accommodation

Included with the purchase of Tour RS or Tour GT is a room in our partner hotels.

Climate neutrality

The registration fee includes a carbon offset contribution. After the event you will be informed about the climate protection project supported by your fee.
